Dear Mayor and Members of Mountain View City Council,
Carpenters Local Union 405 writes to urge the City Council to vote “No” on the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act resolution approving tax-exempt bond financing for the 79-unit affordable housing project at 96 W. El Camino Real, developed by Danco Communities and its affiliated construction and ownership entities (collectively, “Danco”).
Local 405 urges this for reasons further outlined in the attached letter.
