5. NEW BUSINESS
5.1 Draft Five-Year Community Decarbonization Plan
Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Council Sustainability Committee (CSC) take the following actions:
1. Recommend that the City Council adopt the City's five-year community decarbonization plan, titled "Climate Forward Mountain View: Building Momentum Toward a Carbon-Free Future.”
2. Provide final feedback to staff on the plan before it is presented to the City Council for adoption.

Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Council Sustainability Committee (CSC) take the following actions:
1. Review and recommend that the City Council accept the 2024 Community Greenhouse Gas Emissions Inventory.
2. Direct staff to explore adjusting the reporting frequency for the City’s Community Greenhouse Gas Emissions Inventory.
