5.1 Proposed Council Policy K-28 Community-Driven Projects Recommendation: Approve a recommendation to the City Council to adopt Council Policy K-28 Community-Driven Projects (Attachment 1), establishing a consistent framework for the review and implementation of community-driven projects.
