1 Projected 20-Year Cumulative Net Savings
This attachment presents the projected 20-year cumulative net savings associated with the overall Project, including the proposed solar and battery systems and planned roof replacement costs. The analysis incorporates Excite Energy’s proposed system sizes and costs, anticipated Investment Tax Credit (ITC) reimbursement, planned roof replacement costs, and projected operations and maintenance (O&M) expenses over the analysis period. Over 20 years, the Project is projected to generate approximately $4.5 million in savings, increasing to approximately $10.4 million over 30 years.
Figure 1 presents projected cumulative net savings for the Total Project. The Mountain View Civic Center includes City Hall and the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts.
