RE: Request for Reimbursement for Adjustments to RCWD Facilities CIP No. 8043 Clinton Keith Road, Grand Avenue to City/County Boundary Pavement Rehabilitation
The City of Murrieta has publicly advertised the subject project for construction and anticipates awarding the contract to the lowest responsible bidder on March 1gth, 2024.
Enclosed for your reference is the engineer's estimate for the referenced project highlighting the bid items pertaining to RCWD.
As part of the subject project, we estimate seventeen (17) manhole covers owned and operated by RCWD to be adjusted to grade. The City estimates that the selected contractor can perform this work for $21,890.00. A breakdown of the engineer's estimate for the above referenced work is as follows:
