The City of Murrieta intends to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). CALL TO ORDER 3:05 p.m.
On behalf of Council Member DeForest, City Clerk Cristal McDonald requested the City Council allow Council Member DeForest to participate in Closed Session virtually due to an emergency.

City Clerk Cristal McDonald notified City Council on behalf of Council Member DeForest, (under California Government Code 54953f(2)) to participate virtually in Closed Session due to an emergency circumstance, as defined in California Government Code54953(1).
Action: Approve the virtual participation of Council Member DeForest in Closed Session.
The motion carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Levell, Holliday, Warren, Stone
Noes: None
Absent: DeForest
City Clerk Cristal McDonald noted for the record Council Member DeForest confirmed that no one over the age of 18 years of age was present from where she will participate virtually.
