RE: Request for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Programming and Collection Funds This memo requests 2024-2025 fiscal year funding for program performers, supplies, and collection. Based on the previous year we have determined our needs, as detailed below, to continue offering excellent programming as well as a top-notch collection for our community. Your generous support would be greatly appreciated.
Performers $12,000
Supplies $21,000
Collection (Museum Passes, Seed Library, E-Resources) $25,000 ________________________________________________________________ Total $58,000
Should you approve this request for funds, a check made out to Murrieta Public Library in the amount of $46,000 for the supplies and collection can be made for deposit into the Library’s Fund account after July 1, 2024.
A detailed schedule of check requests for performers will be given at a later date.
