Any presentation requiring the use of the City of Murrieta’s equipment must be submitted to the City Clerk’s department 72 hours prior to the scheduled City Council meeting at City Hall located at 1 Town Square, Murrieta, CA; via email at [email protected] or call (951) 461-6031. On behalf of Mayor Stone, under California Government Code 54953f(2), City Clerk Cristal McDonald requested the City Council approve Mayor Stone’s virtual participation in the Closed Session due to a medical emergency circumstance, as defined in California Government Code 54953(1).
Action: Approve the virtual participation of Mayor Stone in Closed Session.
The motion carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Levell, Holliday, Warren, DeForest
Noes: None
Absent: Stone
City Clerk Cristal McDonald noted for the record that Mayor Stone confirmed that no one over the age of 18 years of age was present from where she will participate virtually.
