Good morning,
I want to compliment Justin on the Goal Setting/Priorities Agenda and Staff Report formatting. This is FANTASTIC!
This is the kind of transparency and accountability I have railed about literally for years! Finally, someone-Justin- gets it!
Upon initial review of the priorities listed in the Tier Summary, one suggestion is that the Equestrian Evacuation Guideline under "Effective Community Services" be moved to a Tier 1 and probably more appropriate under Public Safety. Especially considering what I've personally experienced in local fires over the past decade and more recently with the Fig fire evacuation.
Have a great weekend and see you all Monday!

Good morning,
I'd like to suggest the following items be considered for discussion, direction, and determination:
Follow up items-
• Hillside Ordinance.
• My records indicate a community meeting was held April I1, 2023, at Alderwood Park; a CC workshop was held March 5, 2024; and I personally met with DeForest, Levell, and Chantarangsu March 20, 2024.
As I recall, CC gave direction to staff at the March 5th meeting and staff was to return the proposed revised Ord to CC.
• Code Enforcement Subcommittee
• Conclusions & Recommendations (illegal RV parking and storage; abandon automobiles; proactive enforcement of illegal uses-specifically in Downtown)
• Large Animal Emergency Evacuation Plan
• Since the October 7, 2024, meeting held with several concerned constituents, DeForest, Stone, Molloy, Crane and others, there has been no follow up I'm aware of.
New items-
• GPA Revision
• Revert to simple majority from supermajority requirement. • Revise Tree Ordinance
• Remove mitigation requirement for eucalyptus (sever fire hazard and prohibited landscape plant species for new development) and provide mitigation credit for eradication.
