Action: It was moved by Committee Member Jones, seconded by Committee Member Penko to approve the Minutes for February 18, 2022.

1. Selection of Committee Chair and Vice Chair
Instructions provided by Executive Assistant Elizabeth Nicolai.
Committee Member Jones nominated Committee Member Oyewole to be appointed as Chair.
Committee Member Oyewole accepted the nomination.
Action: It was moved by Committee Member Jones, seconded by Committee Member Penko to appoint Committee Member Oyewole as Chair.
