APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Action: It was moved by Commissioner Fisher seconded by Commissioner LaPaglia to Approve the Minutes of May 8, 2024 Regular Planning Commission Meeting as presented.

WORKSHOP
Workshop – The shops at the Triangle.
Senior Planner Dennis Watts presented the PowerPoint and staff report.
Economic Development Director Scott Agajanian spoke on the benefits of the project.
The applicant Saul Jaffe presented a PowerPoint and responded to the Commissions questions.
The Planning Commission had questions of staff and the applicant, whom each provided responses to the satisfaction of the Commission.
Chair Harlan concluded the workshop.
CITY PLANNER COMMENTS
City Planner Carl Stiehl announced that it is anticipated the Triangle Project will formally come back before the Commission next month to review and provide a recommendation to the City Council.
CITY ATTORNEY COMMENTS
None.
PLANNING COMMISSION COMMENTS
Commissioner LaPaglia thanked the applicant and staff for all the hard work on the project.
