APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Action: It was moved by Commissioner Fisher seconded by Vice Chair Vrooman to Approve the Minutes of June 26, 2024 Regular Planning Commission Meeting as presented.

CONSENT CALENDAR
The Shops at the Triangle Development Agreement DA202400004.
City Planner Carl Stiehl explained the item was a continuance of a Development Agreement, the Commission could ask staff questions, take action and then move forward with consent item.
Commissioner Fisher stated he had a meeting with the Police Chief regarding the Shops at the Triangle to follow up on the request for Police Station at the location.
Action: It was moved by Commissioner Fisher seconded by Commissioner Vrooman to continue the Development Agreement 2024-00004.
Motion carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Harlan, Vrooman, LaPaglia, Fisher

PUBLIC HEARING
Development Plan Permit 2023-00027 and Conditional Use Permit 2024-00028 for a Repair and Maintenance, Motor Vehicle use type, MTA Tire Shop.
Assistant Planner Rod Salazar informed the Commission that Staff is requesting for the item to be continued to a date uncertain.
The applicant Rocky Leal was available to respond the Commissioners questions.
Action: It was moved by Commissioner Vrooman seconded by Commissioner LaPaglia to continue Development Plan Permit 2023-00027 and Conditional Use Permit 2024-00028 for a Repair and Maintenance, Motor Vehicle use type, MTA Tire Shop to the September 11, 2024 Planning Commission Meeting.

City Planner Carl Stiehl announced the next Planning Commission Meeting will be on September 11, 2024.
