City Planner Carl Stiehl and Deputy Development Director Jarrett Ramaiya provided the Staff report and PowerPoint presentation.
Deputy Superintendent of Business and Operations Darren Daniel and Director of Facilities Jose Contreas provided a PowerPoint presentation.

The Planning Commissioners provided their comments to Staff.
CITY PLANNER COMMENTS
City Planner Carl Stiehl thank the Commission for their comments and thanked those who joined the meeting.
Deputy Development Services Director Jarrett Ramaiya also thanked the Citizens for joining and providing their input. Jarret said that Staff would put a letter together addressing any comments and concerns.
