EXHIBIT A
Scope of Services
As requested by CITY, CONSULTANT will provide construction inspection services to the CITY.
Before CONSULTANT commences a significant new project for the CITY, the assignment will be described in a mutually agreed upon Proposal which identifies specific deliverables required, identifies CONSULTANT’S proposed staff, sets an estimated cost of completion, and a time for completion. No work may commence until a Purchase Order has been issued by the CITY to CONSULTANT.
