Publication: The Press-Enterprise Assembly BIl 602, which amended Government Code Sections 65940.1 and 66019 and ceded Section 66016.5, went Into effect on January 1 AB 602 requires a nexus Impact fee study to be completed at PROOF OF PUBLICATION OF a minimum every eight years and sets forth new regulrements for specific Justifications for how fees are calculated Development Impact fee studles need to be conducted to evaluate the fee schedule Ad Desc: 0011655273 and ensure there are enough funds to support the Clty's share of new developments and planned facilitles while not overburdening development with unnecessary costs. This action Is for the City of FILE NO. 0011655273 Murrleta to comply with the recent legislation and to be fiscally responsible by re-evaluating our current fees in a nexus study.
