This is actually a Planning Commission hearing.
For clarification, it's the addition of a sensitive use as a buffer location for the establishment of a small-scale delivery hub location.
To answer your question, retail storefront locations are still prohibited citywide.

I noticed you have a city council meeting next week that states the following "provide updates to Medicinal Cannabis Delivery Service to add large medical centers as a sensitive use"
I just want to confirm, is the city potentially going to allow retail dispensaries? Is that what this is stating?
