Project Location: 4.62 acres located on the east side of Madison Avenue , south of the intersection of Murrieta Hot Springs Road and Madison Avenue, Murrieta, Riverside County.
Project Description: Revised Development Plan 20 23-00063 and Revised Conditional Use Permit 2023 - 00022 proposes to construct a n expansion area for an existing car dealership to stage vehicles and expand truck carrier area on 4.62 acres . Project includes the construction and operation of additional vehicle staging areas and additional truck carrier stalls, with associated hardscape, landscape, and perimeter decorative walls off of Madison Avenue.
This is to advise that the City of Murrieta (Lead Agency) has approved the above-described project on January 22, 2025 and has made the following determinations regarding the above described project:
