Operations Statement – Clinton Keith and Mitchell
Car Wash
The development plan features a new retail convenience store, fueling station, car wash and potential electric vehicle charging facilities located on approximately 1.29 acres at the northeast corner of Clinton Keith Road and Mitchell Road in the City of Murrieta, California. The site includes parking spaces and drive aisles off of both Clinton Keith road and Mitchell road, along with associated landscape and walkway improvements.
The proposed car wash will be designed with the latest technologies utilizing water saving and environmentally friendly technologies. The vacuuming and dryer systems, per the conditions of approval, will not exceed the noise limits as specified in the noise study. Operational hours for the car wash will be limited to 7:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. daily.
The operator for the proposed site including the convenience store, fueling station and car wash facility, will prepare a site specific security and operations plan, which will incorporate the specific conditions of approval requirements for safety, security and video surveillance practices. The site specific security plan will also be shared with City and the City police department as the site gets closer to opening. A minimum of 2 employees will always be onsite during operating hours with additional employees working during peak business hours.
