BACKGROUND
The Planning Commission held a public hearing on 4-24-23 and acted to recommend approval to City Council. The project is a 62 lot residential subdivision with 62 main homes and 62 accessory dwelling units. The 4 parcels will be subdivided into 62 single family lots. A master plan was created to guide development in terms of setbacks, heights, land uses
