AMENDMENT #6 TO LEAD AGENCY MASTER AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT TO THE LEAD AGENCY MASTER AGREEMENT FOR
WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND RELATED PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND SOLUTIONS is made and entered into effective March 18, 2025, by and between the Cobb County Board of Commissioners ("County") and UKG Kronos Systems, LIC ("UKG") (each individually referred to as "Party" and collectively referred to as "Parties").
WHEREAS, on March 18, 2019, the Parties entered into Contract #18220, Lead Agency Master Agreement for Workforce Management Systems and Related Products, Services and Solutions as part of the OMNIA Partners Public Sector Cooperative (fka U.S. Communities Government Purchasing Alliance) ("Agreement") that, with renewals, is effective until March 17, 2025; and WHEREAS, the Parties wish to amend the term of the Agreement to allow for an extension of the Agreement until September 17, 2025.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the Parties agree as follows:
1. The Terms provision of the Master Agreement is amended by adding the following sentence:
The Agreement shall be renewed for a partial additional term from March 18, 2025, until September 17, 2025.
2. The remainder of the Agreement shall remain in force and effect under the existing terms and conditions.
