City of Chula Vista Document No.: 2025-025 Consultant Name: American Emergency Products Rev. 03/21/2024 NOTICE OF EXERCISE OF OPTION TO EXTEND AGREEMENT CONTRACTOR/SERVICE PROVIDER AGREEMENTPursuant to the terms of that certain agreement entitled City of Chula Vista Contractor/Service Provider Services Agreement with American Emergency Products to Provide Vehicle Outfitting Services for the Police Department February 15, 2022, between American Emergency Products, A California Corporation doing business as AEP-California LLC Contractor/Service Provider, City hereby exercises its option to extend term of the Agreement as follows: OPTION NO. 3 of 4 OPTION TERM: February 15, 2025 February 14, 2026 MAXIMUM COMPENSATION FOR OPTION TERM (AS AUTHORIZED BY ORIGINAL AGREEMENT): $1,000,000 For services performed during this Option Term, City shall compensate Contractor/Service Provider pursuant to the same terms and conditions as provided for in Section 2 of the Agreement except that the compensation amounts set forth therein shall be increased by 5 % for the Option Term, as authorized under the Agreement. In no event shall the compensation paid to Contractor/Service Provider for this Option Term exceed forth above. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
