TSI shall incorporate this RFP in its entirety as part of its quote.
TSI has twenty ( 28) years of experience in the traffic data collection field.
TSI has provided over 25 years of experience to the City of Murrieta in all faucets of traffic data collection.
TSI personnel have many years of traffic data collection experience, performing studies in Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, San Diego and Ventura Counties.
TSI provides manual turning movement counts, 24 hour ADT counts, 24 hour speed & axle counts, radar speed surveys, parking studies and Video Studies.
TST utilizes the (40) Jamar DB-100 & 400 turning movement counter, (35) Jamar Trax-Il classifier, (85) Timemark Beta 24-hour volume counter, (2) Kustom Road Runner radar guns and 20 Miovision cameras.
TSI's complete report package includes Jamar's Petra and Traxpro programs and Timemarks Tmwin & Vias program. Each report package includes 15-minute interval counts and peak hour reports. All data can be supplied on a USB drive Excel type spreadsheet or PDF.

Ms. Tolton has over 27 years of experience working for Traffic Counts for 2 years as the company's Project Coordinator and personnel manager and now 25 years at TSI in the same capacity. Ms. Tolton will handle all project preparations, project scheduling and personnel management.
Craig Shick, Vice-President * Contact Person
Mr. Shick has over 37 years of experience working for Traffic Counts for the past 12 years as the company's Vice-President and office-project manager and now 25 years at TSI in the same capacity. Mr. Shick will be TSI's project manager and do the data analysis.
*All counts will be flowed out to check for any discrepancies. If discrepancies are found count will be redone at no expense.
Ambrocio Santiago, Field Technician
Mr. Santiago has over 30 years of experience working for Traffic Counts for the past 6 years as a field Technician and warchouse manager and now 25 years at TSI in the same capacity. Mr. Santiago will be responsible for installation and maintenance of machine counters and cameras.
William Jenkins, Video Technician
Mr. Jenkins has over 21 years of experience working for Traffic Data Services and Transportation Studies. Mr. Jenkins will be responsible for dispatching video cameras and supervising team personnel.
