Prior to commencement of any services under this Agreement, and without limiting Consultant’s indemnification obligation to City, Consultant shall procure and maintain, at its sole cost and expense, in a form and content satisfactory to City, for the duration of the Agreement, primary policies of insurance of the type and amounts set forth in the “Insurance Requirements” attached hereto as Exhibit “D” and incorporated herein by this reference.

5.2 Indemnification.
(a) General Obligations. Except as set forth for Design Professionals below, Consultant agrees, to the full extent permitted by law, to indemnify, defend and hold harmless City and its elected and appointed officers, employees and agents (each an “Indemnitee” and collectively, “Indemnitees”) against, and will hold and save them and each of them harmless from, whether actual or threatened, any and all actions, either judicial, administrative, arbitration or regulatory claims, damages to persons or property, losses, costs, penalties, obligati ons, errors, omissions or liabilities (herein “Claims or Liabilities”) that may be asserted or claimed by any person, firm or City arising out of or in connection with the negligent performance of the work, operations or activities provided herein of Consultant, its officers, employees, agents, subcontractors, or invitees, or any individual or entity for which Consultant is legally liable (each an “ Indemnitor” and collectively, “Indemnitors”), or arising from Indemnitors’ reckless or willful misconduct, or arising from Indemnitors’ negligent performance of or failure to perform any term, provision, covenant or condition of this Agreement, and in connection therewith:
1) Consultant will defen d any action or actions filed or threatened in connection with any such Claims or Liabilities, or at option of Indemnitee(s) will reimburse and pay for all costs and expenses, including legal costs and attorneys’ fees,

incurred by Indemnitee(s) in connection therewith; and, 2) Consultant will promptly pay any judgment rendered against Indemnitee(s) for any such Claims or Liabilities, and will save and hold Indemnitee(s) harmless therefrom. (b) Further Provisions. The indemnity obligation herein shall be binding on successors, assigns and heirs of Consultant and shall survive termination of this Agreement. Failure of City and/or City Parties (collectively “City” for solely this Section 5. 2(b)) to monitor compliance with any of the indemnification provisions herein shall not be a waiver hereof. The indemnification provisions herein do not apply to claims or liabilities occurring as a result of City’s sole negligence or willful misconduct, bu t, to the fullest extent permitted by law, shall apply to claims and liabilities resulting in part from City’s negligence, except that design professionals’ indemnity hereunder shall be limited to claims and liabilities arising out of the negligence, reckl essness or willful misconduct of the design professional. The indemnification provided herein includes Claims or Liabilities arising from any negligent or wrongful act, error or omission, or reckless or willful misconduct of Indemnitors in the performance of professional services hereunder. Payment of invoices by City is not a condition precedent to enforcement of the indemnity obligation herein. In the event of any dispute between Consultant and City, as to whether liability arises from the sole negligence or willful misconduct of City, Consultant will be obligated to pay for City’s defense until such time as a final judgment has been entered adjudicating City as solely negligent or responsible for willful misconduct. Consultant will not be entitled in the absence of such a determination to any reimbursement of defense costs including but not limited to attorney’s fees, expert fees and costs of litigation. (c) Pursuant to the full language of California Civil Code §2782, and only if Consultant qualifies as a Design Professional , Consultant agrees to indemnify, including the cost to defend, City and its officers, officials, employees, and volunteers from and against any and all claims, demands, costs, or liability that arise out of, or pertain to, or relate to the negligence, recklessness, or willful misconduct of Consultant and its employees or agents in the performance of services under this contract, but this indemnity does not apply to liability for damages arising from the sole negligence, active negligence, or willful acts of the City; and does not apply to any passive negligence of the City unless caused at least in part by the Consultant. The City agrees that in no event shall the cost to defend charged to the Consultant exceed Consultant’s proportionate percentage of fault.

This duty to indemnify shall not be waived or modified by contractual agreement or acts of the parties.

5.3 Professional Liability. When the law establishes a professional standard of care for Consultant’s services, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Consultant shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Indemnitees against, and will hold and save them and each of them harmless from , whether actual or threatened, any and all Claims and Liabilities, consistent with all obligations provided for in this Section

5.3, to the extent same are caused in whole or in part by any negligent or wrongful

act, error or omission, or reckless or willful misconduct of Indemnitors in the performance of professional services under this Agreement.

ARTICLE 7. ENFORCEMENT OF AGREEMENT AND TERMINATION

7.1 California Law. This Agreement shall be interpreted, construed and governed both as to validity and to performance of the Parties in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Legal actions concerning any dispute, claim or matter arising out of or in relation to this Agreement shall be instituted in the Superior Court of the County of Riverside, State of California, or any other appropriate court in such county, and Consultant agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such court in the event of such action. In the event of litigation in a U.S. District Court, venue shall lie exclusively in the Central District of California, in the County of Riverside, State of California.

7.2 Suspension, or Termination, Prior to Expiration of Term. This Section shall govern any termination of this Agreement except as specifically provided in Section

7.4 for termination for cause. City reserves the right to terminate or suspend this Agreement, or any portion hereof, at any time, for any reason, with or without cause, upon ten (10) days’ notice to Consultant, except that where termination or suspension is due to the fault of Consultant, the period of notice may be such shorter time as determined by City. Upon receipt of any notice of termination or suspension, Consultant shall immediately cease all services hereunder , unless the notice provides otherwise, or except such as specifically approved by City. Upon submittal of an invoice consistent with Section 2. 2, Consultant shall be entitled to compensation for all services rendered prior to the effective date of the notice of termination or suspension and for any services authorized by City thereafter in accordance with the Schedule of Compensation, or such a s may be approved by City, except as provided in Section 7.5. In event of termination , or suspension,

without cause pursuant to this Section, there is no need to provide opportunity to cure pursuant to Section 7.3.

7.3 Default of Consultant and Opportunity to Cure . In the event that Consultant is in default under the terms of this Agreement, City shall not have any obligation or duty to continue compensating Consultant for any work performed after the date of default. Instead, City may give notice to Consultant of the default and the reasons for the default. The notice shall include the timeframe in which Consultant may cure the default. This timeframe is presumptively t en (10) days, but may be extended, or reduced, if circumstances warrant, as determined by City. During the period of time that Consultant is in default, City shall hold all invoices and shall, when the default is cured, proceed with payment on the invoices , without liability for interest. In the alternative, City may, in its sole discretion, elect to pay some or all of the outstanding invoices during the period of default. If Consultant does not cure the default by conclusion of noticed timeframe , City may immediately both terminate this Agreement with notice to Consultant as well as pursue the remedy in Section 7.4, without prejudice to any other rem edy to which City may be entitled at law, in equity or under this Agreement . Any failure on the part of City to give notice of Consultant’s default shall not be deemed to result in a waiver of City’s legal rights or any rights arising out of any provision of this Agreement.

7.4 Termination for Default of Consultant. If termination is due to the failure of Consultant to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement, City may, after compliance with the provisions of Section 7.3, take over the work and prosecute the same to completion by contract or otherwise, and Consultant shall be liable to the extent that the total cost for completion of the services required hereunder exceeds the compensation herein stipulated (provided that City shall use reasonable efforts to mitigate such damages), and City may withhold any payments to Consultant for the purpose of set-off or partial payment of the amounts owed City therefor.

7.5 Retention of Funds. Consultant hereby authorizes City to deduct from any amount payable to Consultant (whether or not arising out of this Agreement) (i) any amounts the payment of which may be in dispute hereunder or which are necessary to compensate City for any losses, cost s, liabilities, or damages suffered by City, and (ii) all amounts for which City may be liable to third parties, by reason of Consultant’s acts or omissions in performing or failing to perform Consultant’s obligation under this Agreement. In the event that any claim is made by a third party, the amount or validity of which is disputed by Consultant, or any indebtedness shall exist which shall appear to be the basis for a claim of lien, City may withhold from any payment due, without liability for interest because of such withholding, an amount sufficient to cover such claim. The failure of City to exercise such right to deduct or to withhold shall not, however, affect the obligations of Consultant to insure, indemnify, and protect City as elsewhere provided herein.

7.6 Waiver. Waiver by any Party to this Agreement of any term, condition, or covenant of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any other term, condition, or covenant. Waiver by any Party of any breach of the provisions of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any other provision or a waiver of any subsequent breach or violation of any provision of this Agreement. Acceptance by City of any work or services by Consultant shall not constitute a waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement. No delay or omission in the exercise of any right or remedy by a non -defaulting Party on any default shall impair such right or remedy or be construed as a waiver. Any waiver by either Party of any default must be in writing and shall not be a waiver of any other default concerning the same or any other provision of this Agreement. Consultant acknowledges and agrees that any actual or alleged failure on the part of City to inform Consultant of non -compliance with any requirement of this Agreement imposes no additional obligations on City nor does it waive any rights hereunder. Payment to Consultant for work performed pursuant to this Agreement shall not be deemed to waive any defects in work performed by Consultant.

7.7 Rights and Remedies are Cumulative. Except with respect to rights and remedies expressly declared to be exclusive in this Agreement, the rights and remedies of the Parties are cumulative and the exercise by either Party of one or more of such rights or remedies shall not preclude the exercise by it, at the same or different times, of any other rights or remedies for the same default or any other default by the other Party.

7.8 Legal Action. In addition to any other rights or remedies, either Party may take legal action, in law or in equity, to cure, correct or remedy any default, to recover damages for any default, to compel specific performance of this Agreement, to obtain declaratory or injunctive relief, or to obtain any other remedy consistent with the purposes of this Agreement. Notwithstanding any contrary provision herein, Consultant shall file a statutory claim pursuant to Government Code sections 905 et seq. and 910 et seq., in order to pursue a legal action under this Agreement.

7.9 Attorneys’ Fees. If either Party to this Agreement is required to initiate or defend or made a party to any action or proceeding in any way connected with this Agreement, the prevailing party in such action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief which may be granted, whether lega l or equitable, shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys ’ fees. Attorneys’ fees shall include attorneys ’ fees on any appeal, and a Party entitled to attorneys’ fees shall be entitled to all other reasonable costs for investigating such action, consultants’ fees, taking depositions and discovery and all other necessary costs the court allows which are incurred in such

litigation. Such fees and costs shall be enforceable whether or not such action is prosecuted to judgment.

ARTICLE 8. INDIVIDUAL LIABILITY, CONFLICTS AND NON-DISCRIMINATION

8.1 Non-liability of City Officers and Employees. 8.2 Conflict of Interest. Consultant covenants that neither it, nor any officer or principal of its firm, has or shall acquire any interest, directly or indirectly, which would conflict in any manner with the interests of City or which would in any way hinder Consultant’s performan ce of services under this Agreement. Consultant further covenants that in the performance of this Agreement, no person having any such interest shall be employed by it as an officer, employee, agent or subcontractor without the express written consent of City. Consultant agrees to at all times avoid conflicts of interest or the appearance of any conflicts of interest with the interests of City in the performance of this Agreement. City, in its sole discretion, shall determine the existence of a conflict of interest and may terminate this Agreement in the event such a conflict of interest exists upon sending Consultant written notice describing the conflict. No officer or employee of City shall have any financial interest, direct or indirect, in this Agreement nor shall any such officer or employee participate in any decision relating to this Agreement which affects their financial interest or the financial interest of any corporation, partnership or association in which they are, directly or indirectly, interested, in violation of any State statute or regulation. Consultant warrants that it has not paid or given and will not pay or give any third party any money or other consideration for obtaining this Agreement.

James Gillespie and Doug Strosnider
Murrieta Fire and Rescue
41825 Juniper Street
Murietta, CA 92562
Subject: Proposal for Mitigated Negative Declaration Support and Supporting Technical Studies for the Murrietta Fire and Rescue WUI Vegetation Management Project Dear James Gillespie and Doug Strosnider,
Dudek presents this proposal to Murrieta Fire and Rescue for professional consulting services for support in the preparation of a Mitigated Negative Declaration and associated technical studies in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the Murietta WUI Vegetation Management Project. The following provides our project understanding, scope of work, and anticipated cost estimate to provide the professional services outlined in this proposal.

Project Understanding
Dudek understands Murrieta Fire and Rescue is advancing a defensible space and fuels management program within the City of Murrieta to reduce wildfire risk and improve community resilience. It is Dudek’s understanding that the City intends to treat areas that are 100 feet within structures within city-owned property. This total project area is understood to be approximately 615 acres. To support this effort, Dudek would prepare an initiation Study/ Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) for CEQA compliance. We understand that the project is being funded by a grant by CAL FIRE, who will serve as a responsible agency for the CEQA document.

This scope of work is to complete an IS/MND, provide biological and cultural resource technical reports, and to provide assistance with the environmental review process, consistent with the California Environmental Quality Act.

Scope of Services
TASK 1 PROJECT INITIATION AND PREPARATION OF PROJECT DESCRIPTION Dudek will prepare a draft project description and project schedule to share with the City and CALFIRE and will work directly with both City staff and CALFIRE to establish any communication protocol and address any other items prior to commencing work on the IS/MND.

TO: JAMES GILLESPIE AND DOUG STROSNIDER
SUBJECT: PROPOSAL FOR MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION SUPPORT AND SUPPORTING TECHNICAL STUDIES

FOR THE MURRIETTA FIRE AND RESCUE WUI VEGETATION MANAGEMENT PROJECT Based on project information provided by the City, Dudek will prepare a project description that describes the history of the project site, existing conditions present within the project boundaries, and surrounding land uses.

The elements of the project, including the treatment methods, will be described based on information provided by the City. A draft of the project description will be provided to City staff and CAL FIRE for review prior to commencing work on the IS/MND to ensure the project description accurately represents the project.

Cost for Task 1…………………………………………………………………………….…………………………………….………………. $4,060.00 TASK 2 MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
Task 2.1 Administrative Draft IS/MND
Dudek will prepare the IS/MND using Appendix G of the CEQA Guidelines. Project specific information provided by the City, and technical reports will be referenced and used to prepare the IS/MND. Completion of the IS/MND is dependent on receipt of requested project information and technical reports. Relevant information that supports the analysis, such as the Cultural and Biological Resources Report will be appended to the IS/MND.

Dudek will distribute an electronic copy of the Administrative Draft IS/MND in Microsoft Word files for easy review and editing to City staff. No hard copies of the Administrative Draft document will be provided. Dudek will respond to comments provided by City staff and to prepare the Screencheck version of the IS/MND.

Cost for Task 2.1……………………………………………………………………….…………………………………….………………. $17,210.00 Task 2.2 Prepare Screencheck and Public Review IS/MND
Based on City comments on the Administrative Draft IS, Dudek will prepare a Screencheck document for City and CALFIRE review to ensure the document incorporates all comments received. If possible, Dudek will create a Sharepoint site to enable review and editing of the document by all reviewers in real time. This enables the City to review and either accept or reject edits by CALFIRE which reduces the time required by the City to consolidate comments. Typically comments on a Screencheck document are minor and do not require significant updates or revisions to the analysis. If another version of the document, in addition to the Administrative Draft and Screencheck Draft is requested by City staff or CALFIRE for review and comment, it may require an amendment to the contract.

After receipt of final comments on the Screencheck document, Dudek will prepare the IS/MND for public review.

Dudek will prepare the Notice of Completion and, if requested by the City, submit an electronic copy of the document to the State Clearinghouse Office of Planning and Research (OPR) to start the public review period. It is assumed City staff will compile the mailing list and prepare and mail the required noticing.

Dudek will provide the City with an electric copy of the Screencheck IS/MND document in PDF for final review prior to publication. After receipt of all final comments Dudek will prepare the document for submission to OPR to start the required public review period. Dudek will provide the City with an electronic copy of the IS/MND in MS Word and a version in PDF for posting on the City’s website.

Cost for Task 2.2 ………………………………………………………………………….………………………………………………….$13,100.00 Task 2.3 Prepare Final IS/MND
After close of the 30-day public comment period, Dudek will bracket all comment letters received and prepare written responses. Should comments raise new issues or require additional surveys or technical studies be conducted to complete an adequate response, Dudek will initiate discussions immediately with City staff to evaluate the options. Dudek will update the IS/MND using track changes indicating changes made to the text based on comments received.

This task requires preparing an Administrative Draft Final IS/MND and a Screencheck IS/MND review draft for City and Applicant review, plus a clean Final MND document. If an excessive number of comment letters or individual comments (more than 15 individual comments) are received, it may necessitate a budget augment, or Dudek can charge on a time-and-materials basis not to exceed an agreed-upon budget.

Dudek will provide the City with a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan as part of the Final IS/MND.

Task 2 Assumptions
▪ No additional rounds of review in addition to the reviews described above would be required. ▪ Comments recieved on screencheck drafts would not result in substantial revisions to the IS/MND.
▪ No more than 15 individual comments would be recieved during the public review period. ▪ City staff will compile the mailing list and prepare and mail the required noticing Task 2 Deliverables
▪ One (1) electronic copy of the Administrative Draft IS/MND ▪ One (1) Screencheck IS/MND document in PDF for final review prior to publication ▪ One (1) electronic copy of the Public Review Draft IS/MND in MS Word and a version in PDF for posting on the City’s website.
▪ One (1) electronic copy of the Administrative Draft Final IS/MND including the revised IS showing changes to the text
▪ MMRP in Word for internal review.
▪ One (1) copy of the Final IS/MND in MS Word and a version in PDF for posting on the City’s website.

Cost for Task 2.3…………………………………………………………………………………………………….……………………….$9,830.00 TASK 3 BIOLOGICAL RESOURCES ASSESSMENT
Dudek will prepare a biological resources assessment letter report to document existing biological resources within the project footprint including habitat for special-status species and other wildlife protected under federal and/or state regulations (e.g., nesting birds). The work effort will involve the following key elements:

TO: JAMES GILLESPIE AND DOUG STROSNIDER
SUBJECT: PROPOSAL FOR MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION SUPPORT AND SUPPORTING TECHNICAL STUDIES

FOR THE MURRIETTA FIRE AND RESCUE WUI VEGETATION MANAGEMENT PROJECT

Database and Literature Review. Dudek will conduct a literature review to identify known records of special-status species in the vicinity of the site. The literature review will include a search of the California Department of Fish and Wildlife’s (CDFW) Natural Diversity Database (CNDDB), U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) Information for Planning and Consultation (IPaC) online planning tool, and the California Native Plant Society’s (CNPS) Online Inventory of Rare and Endangered Plants. Other relevant technical documents and/or biological resources reports from other projects in the site vicinity will also be reviewed, as available.

Field Survey. Dudek biologists will conduct a reconnaissance-level field assessment of the 615-acre site to review current site conditions, document existing natural communities on and in the vicinity of the site and assess the potential for special-status species and sensitive habitat to occur. An inventory of plant and animal species detected by sight, calls, tracks, scat, or other sign, as well as habitat types. present will be compiled during the assessment. The potential presence of special-status species will be determined based on an evaluation of the physical characteristics of the project site (elevation, vegetation communities, soils, etc.), type and quality of habitats present, and records from the vicinity of the site. Vegetation communities will be classified according to A Manual of California Vegetation Online (CNPS 2026). If any potentially jurisdictional waters, such as streams or potential wetlands, are identified during the field assessment, Dudek will map the location and approximate extent of such features based on the presence of vegetation, landform and surface hydrology indicators, as well as any associated riparian communities, if present. A map showing the location/extent of such features will be prepared for incorporation into the biological resources assessment report, as described below.

Analysis and Documentation. Based on the results of the literature review and field assessment, Dudek will prepare a standalone, biological resources assessment report to support the preparation of the MND. The report will describe existing vegetation communities and occurrences of and/or suitability of the site for special-status plant and animal species. In addition, maps and figures showing the location/extent of any sensitive natural communities and/or special-status species occurrences identified within the site will be prepared for incorporation into the report. If any significant biological resources are determined to be present, and potentially impacted by the proposed project, Dudek will propose feasible avoidance and or/ mitigation measures to avoid such impacts. Finally, the report will also include an analysis of the project’s consistency with the MSHCP. While CAL FIRE is not a signatory of the MSHCP (i.e., Permittee), the project will still need to demonstrate under CEQA that it will not conflict with the Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP), Natural Community Conservation Plan (NCCP), or other approved local, regional, or state habitat conservation plan.

This task includes one draft report, one round of review and comments from the City, and a final version of the report.

Task 3 Assumptions
▪ Any access restrictions or notification requirements regarding the project site will be provided to Dudek by the City prior to the commencement of the survey work. City personnel will notify property owners or tenants of the survey work, if necessary. ▪ This scope includes two biologists for three days (6 person days total) to complete the biological reconnaissance survey.
▪ Approximately 615 acres will be surveyed.

▪ This scope does not include protocol-level focused surveys; however, it is recommended that timing of the biological reconnaissance survey occur in the spring/summer during applicable blooming periods for special-status plants.
▪ This scope does not include regulatory waters permitting.

Task 3 Deliverables
▪ Draft and Final report with the results of the biological resources investigation Cost for Task 3 .................................................................................................................................................. $31,180.00 TASK 4 ARCHAEOLOGICAL RESOURCES ASSESSMENT
Dudek will conduct an archaeological resources assessment to satisfy CEQA and City requirements in support of the proposed hazardous fuels reduction work. For the purposes of this scope, we assume that standard CAL FIRE methods will apply and be appropriate.

Cultural resources investigations will include an inventory of all cultural resources within the Area of Potential Effects (APE). Dudek will request a records search from the California Historic Resource Information System from the South Coastal Information Center for a 1-mile radius around the APE, per CAL FIRE standard practice, to obtain information on previously recorded cultural resources and investigations. We anticipate direct costs for the records search to be no more than $2,500.00.

Upon written notice to proceed, we will also initiate correspondence with the Native American Heritage Commission (NAHC) to request a search of the Sacred Lands File for any known Native American resources identified within the APE. As part of this search's results, the NAHC will provide a contact list of tribal individuals and organizations who may have additional information about resources in the vicinity. Dudek will plan to notify the traditionally geographically affiliated Native American tribes on the list by mail; however, we will confirm with City and CAL FIRE prior to doing so in order to ensure that there are no conflicts with the AB 52 process or other outreach. We assume no more than one round of letters, email, and phone calls to NAHC-listed tribal representatives will be required. No meetings are included in this scope of work.

Following archival research, We will complete an intensive pedestrian survey of the APE with transects spaced no greater than 15-ft apart. This is anticipated to include the full 615-acre area, excluding areas with unsafe conditions and exceeding 25% slope per standard practice. Dudek will subcontract with a local Tribe to provide a Native American monitor, who will participate in the survey. For the purposes of this scope, Dudek assumes that three (3) archaeologists and one (1) Native American monitor will be able to survey the APE in no more than four (4) standard 8-hour days, including the drive and mileage.

Dudek assumes no more than four previously recorded archaeological resources will require updates on California Department of Parks and Recreation 523 series resource records. Dudek assumes no built environment resources (buildings over 45 years in age) resources will be identified within the APE. Should new resources be encountered, additional documentation sufficient to prepare a Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) 523 Primary Record Form and Location Map will be required. This is considered the minimum standard of recordation recommended by the California Office of Historic Preservation. Dudek will work with you to prepare an additional cost and scope to support these or additional needed efforts.

Dudek will document the results of the cultural resources investigation in a full archeological resource management report (ARMR) report. This report will include a project information, archaeological records search information, Native American consultation information, pre -field research, survey methods, survey results, and management strategies. Management strategies will be desig ned such that they are feasible for standard fuel reduction implementation strategies. Dudek will work with you in the event that additional studies and documentation is required.

Task 4 Assumptions
▪ The survey can be completed in four (4) standard 8-hour workdays by three archaeologists and a Native American montior, including travel, and that access will be arranged prior to survey being conducted.
▪ Dudek assumes no more than 4 archaeological resources will require updates on California Department of Parks and Recreation 523 series resource records. ▪ No built environment resources (buildings over 45 years in age) resources will be identified within the APE. If new resources are identified, we will work with you prepare an additional cost and scope to support these or additional needed efforts.
▪ Survey will require no more than 615 acres excluding areas with unsafe conditions and exceeding 30% slope per standard practice.
▪ Direct records search cost will not exceed $2,500.00. ▪ No more than two drafts of the report.

Task 4 Deliverables
▪ Draft and Final report with the results of the cultural resources investigation Cost for Task 4 .................................................................................................................................................. $34,685.00 TASK 5 PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND MEETINGS
Ms.Lucett will coordinate interaction between the Dudek team, City staff, the Applicant and other agencies. Ms.

Lucett will also oversee internal staff, manage document review, review monthly invoices and prepare required invoice documentation, and complete other project management tasks, as required. Ms. Lucett will attend meetings.

We assume participation in up to five (5) virtual meetings with the City, and up to five (5) virtual meetings with the CAL FIRE. Over the life of the project an average of 1 hour per week of project management time is assumed.

Attendance at one Planning Commission hearing and one City Council hearing during project review/approval is also assumed.
