NOTICE OF PENDING APPROVAL OF FINAL TRACT MAP - TR 39271
FOR OWL-HP BPLO GP, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY
COMPANY, AND GENERAL PARTNER OF GIERSON RANCH-MURRIETA L.P.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 18, 2026, at 4:00 PM at City Hall, 1 Town Square, Murrieta, CA 92562, or a time soon thereafter, the City Council shall be notified of review and approval of final map application for Tract Map 39271 (TTM 39271).
An application was filed by Century OWL-HP BPLO GP, LLC; A Delaware Limited Liability Company for Tentative Tract Map No. 39271 to subdivide 15.98 acres for condominium purposes for residential use, including 107 detached condominium units and 78 attached junior accessory dwelling units.
Engineering staff has completed a review of the final map for conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and the Murrieta Municipal Code. Final Tract Map TR 39271 conforms to the conditions of approval and the tentative tract map. All dedications and mitigation required in the conditions of approval have been offered and secured.
The mylars of the original final tract map are available for review at the Engineering Department during normal business hours, Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.
