TIME
The Contract and Proposal documents shall be signed by the bidder, scanned, and submitted with the electronic proposal. Two wet-signed copies of the Contract, Proposal documents. Bid Bond. and insurance certificates shall be provided to the City Project Manager within three (3) days of the bid opening. Signatures shall comply with Section l7 of the Contract. The successful bidder shall submit the Contract bonds within five (5) calendar days after the bidder has received a Notice of Award.

A question has been asked about the bid plan set and is as follows
1. Q. The specifications state that night work will only be required for construction on Clinton Keith Road, but the plans show night work will also be required for construction on Jefferson Avenue. Is night work required for Jffirson Avenue? A. Night work shall be required on Clinton Keith Road. Since the pavement rehabilitation on Jefferson will commence after work on Clinton Keith Road, this will be later in the year and temperatures at night will become a concern. Day work shall be required for construction on Jefferson Avenue between the hours of 7:00am and 4:00pm, and lane closures will be restricted to the hours between 9:00am and 2:30pm.
