1) The undersigned is owner of the interest or estate stated below in the property hereinafter described.
The full name of the undersigned is City of Murrieta, a municipal corporation.
The full address of the undersigned is 1 Town Square, Murrieta, CA 92562.
The nature of the title of the undersigned is: In Easement.
A work of improvement on the described property was substantially completed on November 15th, 2023.
The name of the contractor for such work of improvement is All American Asphalt.
The property on which said work of improvement was completed is in the City of Murrieta, County of Riverside, State of California, and is described as follows: Murrieta Hot Springs Road and Hancock Avenue Pavement Rehabilitation Project, CIP No. 8043; and Murrieta Hot Springs Road and Madison Avenue Median Improvements, CIP 13028.
The street address of said project is Murrieta Hot Springs Road between Madison Avenue and the I-215 N/B offramp, Hancock Avenue between Las Brisas Road South and Murrieta Hot Springs Road, Juniper Street between Berlie Street and Franklin Ave, Franklin Avenue, and Jackson Avenue over the Warm Springs Creek overpass near Elm Street; and Madison Avenue from Murrieta Hot Springs Road to five hundred feet north, south, east and west in each direction of the intersection.
