Brief Description of Scope of Services (“Services”): Traffic Signal Maintenance This Amendment to the Agreement, made effective on the date executed by the City by and between the City of Murrieta, a Municipal Corporation, duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of California ("City"), and the above referenced Contractor with reference to the following facts which are acknowledged by each party as true and correct:
RECITALS
Whereas, City is a general law city, formed and existing pursuant to the provisions of the California Government Code.
Whereas, City and Contractor entered into an Agreement on the Effective Date set forth above for the Services.
Whereas, City and Contractor wish to amend the Agreement as further set forth herein.
Whereas, the Agreement was previously modified by the following prior amendments: N/A
AMENDMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed by and between the parties as follows:
1. The above recitals are true and correct.
2. The following terms of the Agreement are hereby amended to read as follows:
Exhibit “B” is hereby amended to add the additional work set forth in Exhibit “B-1” attached hereto and incorporated herein.
3. All other conditions of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

RE: Citywide – Advance Loop Survey
Dear Mr. Aldridge:
We offer to perform the following work, on the terms and conditions stated below, and at the prices shown, as follows:
Pending your authorization, Yunex Traffic will measure the quantity and distance of DLC for the advance loop and mark plans with the current loop layout at 105 intersections. Please note the pricing below includes 320hours to perform the work necessary. The intersection aerials are to be provided by the City.

This proposal is an estimate, if unexpected problems arise we will notify you before we proceed and a change order for the extra work will be provided. Additionally, the price listed above does not include any bond or permit fees.
This offer shall expire 60 days from the date hereof and may be withdrawn by us at any time prior thereto with or without notice. This offer supersedes any prior offers, commitment or orders, contains all terms, conditions and warranties and when accepted, constitutes the entire contract between the parties. The resulting contract shall not be modified except by formal written amendment. This offer shall be accepted by delivery to us of a copy of this offer duly signed by you in the space provided.
