A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MURRIETA REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 92-129 AND DETERMINING THAT ORDINANCES BE PUBLISHED
AND DESIGNATING THE PUBLIC PLACES WHERE ANY POSTINGS SHALL BE
ACCOMPLISHED
The City Council of the City of Murrieta does hereby determine and resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That Resolution 92-129 be repealed.
SECTION 2. Ordinances shall be published pursuant to Government Code Section 36933.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk is designated as the official to prepare summaries of ordinances for publication.
SECTION 4. The following public places within the City limits of the City of Murrieta are designated and established for the posting of resolutions, notices or any other documents required by law to be posted:
