Outdoor dining on public streets and sidewalksCity property as an accessory use to a restaurantan eating or drinking establishment shall requires an outdoor dining permit granted issued by the Project Evaluation and Review Committee (PERC)Community Development Director in accordance with with standards specified in NMC Chapter 12.64 of this code.
Outdoor dining as an accessory use on private property shall require a design review permit issued by the Community Development Director in accordance with Chapter 17.62 of this code.
