A Special Meeting for the City Council of the City of Napa was called on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. to be held at City Hall Council Chambers, 955 School Street, Napa, California, for the purpose identified on the Agenda. This Special Meeting was called in accordance with California Government Code Section 54956.

City Attorney Barrett announced the closed session item and shared the discussion related to litigation against the City in one potential cased, based on the facts and circumstances set forth in a letter to the City from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission dated March 3, 2023.
A copy of that letter would be made available to the public upon request to the City Clerk’s Office.
