RESOLUTION R2023-__
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NAPA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT PLAN AS DOCUMENTED IN COUNCIL BUDGET AMENDMENT NO. 12P12 WHEREAS, the FY2022/23 Capital Budget for the City of Napa was adopted on June 21, 2022; and WHEREAS, Council action is needed for project funding revisions from previously approved Capital Improvement Program (CIP) budgets; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered all information related to this matter, as presented at the public meetings of the City Council identified herein, including any supporting reports by City Staff, and any information provided during public meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Napa, as follows:
1. The City Council hereby approves the following changes to existing CIP projects:
Deobligate $600,000 of General Fund Facility Reserves funding from the Police & Fire Admin Building HVAC Chiller Project (FC20PW03), and Deobligate $100,000 of General Fund Facility Reserves funding from the CSB Electrical System Evaluation and Repairs Project (FC22PW05), and Deobligate $50,000 of General Fund Facility Reserves funding from the Senior Center Pedestrian Bridge Repair Project (FC22PW07), and Deobligate $360,000 of Linda Vista Development Impact Fees (DIF) funding from the Trower Ave Widening-Young Ave to Linda Vista Ave Project (ST14PW05), and Deobligate $1,500,000 of Linda Vista Development Impact Fees (DIF) funding from the Linda Vista Ave Widening-E Side-Redwood to Trower Project (ST18PW01), and Obligate $850,000 of DIF Street Improvement Funding to the Silverado-Third-Coombsville-East (5-Way) Intersection Project (ST14PW04).
2. The City Council hereby approves the budget adjustment as documented in Council Budget Amendment No. 12P12 (attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference).
3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Napa at a public meeting of said City Council held on the 6th day of June, 2023, by the following vote:
