RESOLUTION R2023-__
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NAPA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT PLAN AS DOCUMENTED IN COUNCIL BUDGET AMENDMENT NO. 202P12 WHEREAS, the FY2022/23 Capital Budget for the City of Napa was adopted on June 21, 2022; and WHEREAS, Council action is needed for project funding revisions from previously approved Capital Improvement Program (CIP) budgets; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered all information related to this matter, as presented at the public meetings of the City Council identified herein, including any supporting reports by City Staff, and any information provided during public meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Napa, as follows:
1. The City Council hereby approves the following changes to existing CIP projects:
Obligate $75,745 in TFCA Grant funds to the Laurel Street Rehabilitation Project (ST20PW10), and Obligate $63,515 in TFCA Grant Funds to the Coombs Street Rehabilitation Project (ST20PW09); and Add a new project to the FY 2022-23 Capital Improvement Program, RRFB Pedestrian Improvements (new CIP Project No. ST23PW07), and obligate $63,000 in TFCA Grant funds to the project.
2. The City Council hereby approves the budget adjustment as documented in Council Budget Amendment No. 202P12 (attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference).
3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Napa at a public meeting of said City Council held on the 20th day of June, 2023, by the following vote:
