Hello, folks, Park Lightbowen

here, asking you to join our fight to reduce the effects of the latest environmental phenomenon,

commonly known as 'The Load Zone

Effect ".

Yes folks,
due to the disastrously high morbid obesity rate in America, we have reports of huge indentations in American soil, throughout the country. These massive

divots have resulted in
rising sea levels, as we are literally lowering the level of the earth.

Help us to alleviate the
strain by sending less than a dollar a day,

only $28.00 a month, to Load Zone Relief
California. LZRC will

provide much needed, highly processed meals to our calorically challenged friends in Hong Kong, Beijing, and across the mainland China.

Operators are
standing by, folks, help us help you.

Your aid will purchase meals from the likes of Taco Bell China, McDonald franchises

in

the Great Wall area,

Arby's, and more.

Increasing the weight
among those in the Far East will even out the load that Planet out has to bear.

So remember
folks, as you celebrate Earth Day in April, be sure to remember the Load Zone right here in the U

S of

A.

Thank you, and may God bless America !!!!!!!

Mayor Sedgely and Council Members,

We wish to applaud you and your staff on the proposed set aside of moneys to support an update to the Downtown Specific Plan and, we hope, for some updating to the Oxbow District portions of the DTSP. These efforts were envisioned by many of us in the GPAC and were incorporated into the new General Plan as Goals and Policies.

We will be unable to join you this afternoon as we need to help with granddaughters. But we do want to acknowledge and support your efforts.

Thank you all,

Chuck and Felicia Shinnamon
