SPECIAL JOINT MEETING - 2:00 PM
A Special Joint Meeting of the City Council of the City of Napa and the Napa County Board of Supervisors was called on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. to be held at City Hall Council Chambers, 955 School Street, Napa, California, for the purpose identified on the Agenda. This Special Meeting was called in accordance with California Government Code Section 54956.

Molly Rattigan, Deputy City Manager, and Jennifer Palmer, Napa County Director of Housing & Homelessness Services, provided the staff report.
Following the report, the meeting continued with Councilmembers and Supervisors providing individual comments, considerations, and questions to staff.
Mayor Sedgley called for public comment.
