were
pleased

attain
our
entitlement
for
our
resort
expansion
in
February
of
2020.
Unfortunately,
due
to
the
global
pandemic
our
plans
have
not
moved
forward
as
quickly
as
we
would have hoped.
We
have
every
intention
to
move
forward
with
the
expansion
to
the
existing
resort.
We
are
not
proposing
any
changes
to
our
approved
and
completed
application.
Rather,
we'd
like
to
ask
for
a
two-year
extension
to
our
existing
application.

believe
that
this
will
be
enough
time
to
work
through
additional
design
and
construction
documents
on
the
project
needed
for
building
permit.
