NOTICE OF INTENTION TO AMEND THE
CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE OF THE
CITY OF NAPA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Napa (the “City”) intends to amend the City’s Conflict of Interest Code (the “Code”) pursuant to Government Code Section 87306.
The Code designates those employees, members, officers, and consultants who make or participate in the making of decisions and are subject to the disclosure requirements of the City’s Code. The City’s proposed amendment includes new positions that must be designated, revises the titles of existing positions, and deletes positions that have been abolished.
The proposed amended Code will be considered by the City Council on September 17, 2024, at 3:30 p.m. at City Council Chambers, 955 School Street, Napa, California. Any interested person may be present and comment at the public meeting or may submit written comments concerning the proposed amendment.
