A Special Meeting for the City Council of the City of Napa was called on Monday, October 28, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. to be held at City Hall Council Chambers, 955 School Street, Napa California, for the purpose identified on the Agenda. This Special Meeting was called in accordance with California Government Code Section 54956. 2:00 P.M. AFTERNOON SESSION
1. CALL TO ORDER: 2:00 P.M.
1.A. Roll Call:
Present: 5 - Councilmember Alessio, Councilmember Luros, Councilmember Painter, Vice Mayor Narvaez, and Mayor Sedgley
Councilmember Alessio arrived to the meeting at 2:03 P.M.
2. AGENDA REVIEW AND SUPPLEMENTAL REPORTS: None.
3. PUBLIC COMMENT: None.
4. COMMENTS BY COUNCIL OR CITY MANAGER: None.
5. CLOSED SESSION:
Interim City Attorney Diaz announced the closed session items. He also shared that Finance Director Raj Prasad would be an additional City representative attending the labor negotiation session.

5.A 407-2024 CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS (Government Code Section 54957.6): City designated representatives: Steve Potter, Liz Habkirk, Heather Ruiz, MJ Tueros, and Christopher Diaz. Employee organizations: Napa City Firefighters Association (NCFA) and Administrative, Managerial and Professional Employees Unit (AMP).
