RESOLUTION R2024-__
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NAPA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT PLAN AS DOCUMENTED IN COUNCIL BUDGET AMENDMENT NO. 38P5 WHEREAS, the FY25 Capital Budget for the City of Napa was adopted on June 20, 2023 and amended by the City of Napa Mid-Cycle Budget on June 4, 2024; and WHEREAS, Council action is needed for project funding revisions from previously approved Capital Improvement Program (CIP) budgets; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered all information related to this matter, as presented at the public meetings of the City Council identified herein, including any supporting reports by City Staff, and any information provided during public meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Napa, as follows:
1. The City Council hereby approves the following changes to existing CIP projects:
Obligate $209,000 of GF Facilities CIP funds to Generator for Police Facility 911-Dispatch and EOC (33FC23PW04).
Obligate $221,000 of GF Facilities CIP funds to Generator for Corporation Yard (33FC23PW05).
De-obligate $73,500 of GF Facilities CIP funds from Police Department HVAC (33FC20PW03).
De-obligate $356,500 of GF Facilities CIP funds from Senior Center Paving & ADA (33FC22PW02).
Obligate $3,770,000 of Measure T Funds to Stormdrain Infrastructure Funding (33SD23PW01).
De-obligate $3,770,000 of Measure T Funds from Browns Valley Road/First Street (33ST22PW03).
2. The City Council hereby approves the budget adjustment as documented in Council Budget Amendment No. 38P5 (attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference).
3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Napa at a public meeting of said City Council held on the 19th day of November, 2024 by the following vote:
