A Special Meeting for the City Council of the City of Napa was called on Monday, October 28, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. to be held at City Hall Council Chambers, 955 School Street, Napa California, for the purpose identified on the Agenda. This Special Meeting was called in accordance with California Government Code Section 54956. 2:00 P.M. AFTERNOON SESSION

Councilmember Alessio arrived to the meeting at 2:03 P.M.

Interim City Attorney Diaz announced the closed session items. He also shared that Finance Director Raj Prasad would be an additional City representative attending the labor negotiation session.
