speeds, danger to children and animals, and asked for speed humps.
A motion was made by Councilmember Sedgley, seconded by Councilmember Alessio to close public testimony. The motion carried unanimously.
Eric Zweig, Director of Planning with Edenbridge Homes, provided rebuttal and explained there was an existing retaining wall in the rear yard of some properties on Liberty Drive that was 2 to 3 feet tall as constructed which pushed pad elevations down from the elevation of the vineyard. They planned to maintain the elevation at the property line and would push the pads down so they get within 1 ½ feet of the property owners’ pad elevation. There was a 3-foot differential experienced at the property line and lots from that point would drain towards the front of the new street. They were also offering to increase the new good neighbor fence from 6’ to 6’ plus 1’ of lattice. He responded on solar viability and offered to share their plans with solar contractors who can design arrays to make solar work.
