Beginning at a point in the Northerly line of North Bel-Aire Park Unit No. 1, according to the map thereof recorded March 30, 1961 in Book 7 of Maps at Page 12 in the office of the County Recorder of said County at the Southeast corner of North Bel-Aire Park Unit No. 3 according to the map thereof recorded April 11, 1963 in Book 7 of Maps at pages 35 and 36 said Napa County Records; thence from said point of beginning North 12°51’10” West along the Easterly line of said North Bel-Aire Park Unit No. 3, a distance of 344.34 feet to a point in the Southerly line of Trower Avenue; thence along the Southerly line of Trower Avenue and the Southwesterly line of Jefferson Street the following courses and distances along a curve to the left from a tangent that bears South 83°24’11” East with a radius of 442.00 feet, a central angle of 38°10’09” and an arc length of 294.45 feet; thence along a curve to the right with a radius of 20.00 feet a central angle of 90°00’ and an arc length of 31.42 feet; thence South 31°34’20” East 3.06 feet; thence along a curve to the left with a radius of 542.00 feet, a central angle of 5°48’35” and an arc length of 54.96 feet; thence South 37°22’55” East 246.06 feet; thence along a curve to the right with a radius of 458.00 feet; a central angle of 5°48’15” and an arc length of 46.40 feet to the Northeastern corner of Lot 9 as shown on the map of North Bel-Aire Park Unit No. 1 above referred to; thence South 76°00’30” West along the Northern line of said North Bel-Aire Park Unit No. 1, 455.00 feet more or less, to the point of beginning.
