1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL – 3:31 P.M.
NOMINATION COMMITTEE MEMBERS PRESENT:
Vice Mayor Luros and Councilmember Chris DeNatale
STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT:
Tiffany Carranza, City Clerk, and Farid Javandel, Senior Traffic Engineer

4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
4.A. Approved March 12, 2025 Regular Nomination Committee Meeting Minutes.
5. INTERVIEWS AND RECOMMENDED APPOINTMENTS
5.A. Interview applicants and make recommended appointments to the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Commission.
Vice Mayor Luros and Councilmember DeNatale interviewed the applicants in the following order:
1. Michael Cole
2. James Rosen

At the conclusion of the applicant interviews, Vice Mayor Luros and Councilmember DeNatale voted, by paper ballot, to identify the preferred candidate to be appointed to the Commission. Ballots were then distributed to City Clerk Carranza.
The balloting resulted in the following votes:
Luros: Rosen
DeNatale: Rosen
City Clerk Carranza announced the result and that applicant James Rosen would move forward as the recommended nominee for appointment.
