RE: Edits to record of July 15, 2025 City Council Meeting pertaining to the First Street Napa Phase II Project in order to ensure consistency with motions made at the June 24, 2025 meeting.
Staff was alerted by a member of the public expressing concern that certain documents did not accurately reflect the Council’s motions made during the June 24, 2025 special meeting regarding the First Street Napa Phase II Project. Staff is making the following changes to ensure consistency with Council’s motion at the introduction of the Ordinance.
Item 5.A. City Council Meeting Minutes
The recommended action on page 6 of the June 24, 2025 Special City Council meeting minutes (Attachment 2) shall be corrected and amended to read:
…. - Revision of Exhibit I to include bicycle racks and lockers storage for 39 bicycles.
Item 5.C. First Street Napa Phase II
Edit to Attachment 1, Exhibit A - the last sentence on page 75 (Exhibit I of Development Agreement) shall be corrected and amended to read:
Bicycle parking storage shall also be provided for not less than 39 bicycles.
