RESOLUTION R2025-__
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NAPA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY2025/26 & 2026/27 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT PLAN WHEREAS, the FY2025/26 & FY2026/27 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget was adopted on June 17, 2025 as part of the City of Napa FY 2025/26 and 2026/27 Budget; and WHEREAS, Council action is needed for project status and/or funding revisions from previously approved CIP budgets; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered all information related to this matter, as presented at the public meetings of the City Council identified herein, including any supporting reports by City Staff, and any information provided during public meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Napa, as follows:
1. The City Council hereby approves the following changes to “Capital Improvement Plan - All Projects” list:
33ST16PW02 (Salvador Widening) - Revise the status from “Complete” to “Active.” 33TS01PW01 (Redwood Solano Signal) - Add project as “Delayed.” 33MS24PW03 (HSIP Grant Matching) – Revise the status from “Active” to “Not Moving Forward.”
2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Napa at a public meeting of said City Council held on the 19th day of August 2025 by the following vote:
