Betsy,

Hi, I’m copying Mary Luros because she knows about my interest to enhance communication - so bummed I cannot come today, but I hate giving up my GrandMo time :)
I was hoping to see the presentation before sharing these thoughts - Staff Report doesn’t cover everything, but you may have this in your narrative/comments.

1) The service order request feature with a response/acknowledgement to the sender and valuable data capture seems like it’s working well. Public Works mentioned at recent BPAC. Hundreds of requests have been entered - will this data be published so people can see where and what issues are reported. Mapped out across the city might be good for transparency and an opportunity for the city to speak about how they are addressing these complaints/concerns. 2) Are Public Comments captured and responded to in any way? May be an opportunity - don’t know exactly what this would look like, but maybe pick one or two for Potter’s newsletter. It might help people feel “heard,” and even better if any of the comments lead to some actionable corrections.
