Employee Agreement to Cost Sharing of CaPERS Member Contributions Pursuant to Government Code Section 20516 and CaPERS requirements, the following employees acknowledge their agreement to the cost-sharing arrangement described in the attached Resolution. A simple majority of the affected employees has approved the change in CaPERS member contribution rate as outlined below.
