LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF THE SALVADOR AVENUE RIGHT-OF-WAY
Lying within the City of Napa, County of Napa, State of California and being a portion of of Parcel "A" as shown on the Map entitled, "Record of Survey Map of the Property of Troy E.
Wear, et ux 559 O.R. 126", filed April 11, 1962 in Book 9 of Surveys at Page 22, in the Office of the County Recorder of Napa County and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most southern corner of said Parcel "A"; thence N 67° 27’ E along the southeastern line of said parcel, said line being also the northwestern line of Salvador Avenue as shown on said Map 71.75 feet; thence along the eastern and northeastern lines of said parcel the following courses: along a curve to the left with a radius of 20.00 feet, a central angle of 90° 16’ and an arc length of 31.51 feet, and N 22° 49’ W 12.00 feet to a point of cusp; thence along a curve to the right from a tangent that bears S 22° 49’ E, with a radius of 20.00 feet, a central angle of 90° 16’ and an arc length of 31.51 feet; thence S 67° 27’ W 71.75 feet to the southwestern line of said Parcel "A"; thence S 22° 49’ E 12.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
RESERVING THEREFROM an easement for public utility purposes in, under, over, along, upon, and across the entire portion of the Salvador Avenue Right-of-Way described above.
Containing 1102 Square Feet more or less.
The Basis of Bearings for this description is the northwestern line of Salvador Avenue as shown on said Record of Survey, being North 67°27’ East.
