Additional Questions
What is your understanding of the role and responsibility of this board? To be a community advocate for the library by helping to determine what programs are needed, changes that may need to be made and where to find the funds necessary to keep the library running.

Have you ever attended a meeting of this board?
If so, how many?
Yes
What duties of this board are most interesting to you?
I am most interested in programming especially for teens, as well as budgeting.

What activities of this board are least interesting to you? N/A
What programs or projects would you like to see improved or implemented? I would like to see more teens/tweens using the library resources. I would also like to see some programming for seniors around technology and access to online media.

How would you approach improving these project(s) or program(s)? More advertising at the local high/middle schools, focused workshops on current interests. In a dream world have a media wing with access to items like a music/video studio, newer technology such as 3-d printers, but of course, I'm sure is not in the budget. For seniors, maybe some mobile volunteers to help to the assisted living communities to help adults interested in eReaders to teach them how to use the library with such devices.
