RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NAPA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AND ADOPTING AMENDMENTS TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2026/27 BUDGET WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the budget for the 2025/26 and 2026/27 fiscal years on June 17, 2025; and WHEREAS, based upon information received subsequent to the adoption of the budget, the City Manager has prepared and proposed amendments to the budgeted expenditures for the 2026/27 fiscal year; and WHEREAS, based upon information received subsequent to the adoption of the budget, the City Manager has prepared and proposed amendments to the budgeted revenues and expenditures for the 2026/27 fiscal year; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered all information related to this matter, as presented at public meetings of the City Council, including any supporting reports by City Staff, and any information provided during those public meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Napa, as follows:
In accordance with City Charter Sections 90 and 91, the City Council hereby approves the annual budget for fiscal year 2026/27, as set forth in the biennial budget document approved on June 17, 2025 via Resolution R2025-072.
The City Council hereby approves amendments to the Budget for the 2026/27 fiscal year as provided in the attached Exhibit “A”.
The City Council hereby approves the incorporations of the Budget Packages for the 2026/27 fiscal year as provided in the attached Exhibit “B”.
The City Council hereby approves and adopts amendments to the Capital Improvement Program for the 2026/27 fiscal year as provided in the attached Exhibit “C”.
The City Council hereby finds that the facts set forth in the recitals to this Resolution are true and correct, and establish the factual basis for the City Council’s adoption of this Resolution.
This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Napa at a public meeting of said City Council held on the 2nd day of June, 2026, by the following vote:
