A Special Meeting for the City Council of the City of Napa was called on Thursday May 28, 2026 at 3:00 PM to be held at City Hall Council Chambers, 955 School Street, Napa California, for the purpose identified on the Agenda. This Special Meeting was called in accordance with California Government Code Section 54956.

CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS (Government Code
Section 54957.6):
City designated representatives: Steve Potter, Liz Habkirk, Julie Lucido, MJ Tueros, Donna Lee, Zach Curren and Jesse Lad.
Employee organizations: Napa City Employees Association (NCEA) – Service Employees International Union (SEIU) LOCAL 1021 and Napa City Firefighters Association (NCFA) – IAFF, Local 3124.
There were no requests from the public to comment on the closed session item.
The meeting recessed to Closed Session at 3:02 P.M.
The meeting adjourned at 4:04 P.M. There was no reportable action.
